David is the lead Technical Recruiter and Talent Advisor for GBD clients. He brings a background in technical recruiting and recruiting management at various high-growth tech companies, including Google, Airbnb, and Instacart.
David’s ability to evolve recruiting processes and enable hiring managers within companies to be an integral part of the hiring process, all while operating with empathy, makes him a coveted partner to GBD clients.
David holds a BBA with a business major and HR development minor. Prior to being a Recruiter, David was a full-time Scuba Instructor and in his free time loves to return to the water to dive or fly fish. He also enjoys honing his skills in woodworking and tackling various carpentry projects around his home.
