Recruiting Leadership Academy Series

Leading recruiting teams to achieve ambitious goals is a challenge in normal times. Doing that while also leading your team through a global pandemic is even more daunting. Add to that a shift in consciousness and activism around social injustice and equality, and it’s difficult to prioritize where to begin.

We’ve developed three interconnected courses focused on key areas that we believe are essential to effectively lead your teams through these transitions. We’re bringing together our own experiences with the wisdom, camaraderie, and empathy of your peers for a series of focused, interactive, and virtual courses.

The format is designed with a combination of content delivery, small group discussions, and interactive sessions to successfully implement what you learn.
