Role Summary

As the VP of Talent, you will be responsible for leading our entire Talent Acquisition function of 80+ members which includes the Recruiting, Talent Experience, Talent Operations, and Talent Expansion teams. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, Jude Komuves, you will create systems that optimize recruiting, raise the talent bar across the company, and enable all departments to be successful in their recruiting efforts. This is an incredible opportunity to drive and inspire the TA function at our next stage of growth and scale.

You will:

Lead, grow, and inspire a high performing team, focused on driving results through an ever-changing organization 

Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team and hiring managers on all things talent related to creating an effective talent strategy to meet our unique business objectives

Develop a creative strategy to provide optimized and scalable solutions across the global TA function

Evolve recruiting ops and enablement programs to ensure predictability, repeatability and delivering the right talent at the right time

You have experience in:

Building and leading a large global team and serving as a partner to business leaders

Technical recruiting (hands on and leadership) or has led entire recruiting function

Designing recruiting infrastructure for scale, optimization, and performance 

Planning for a complex workforce and headcount planning 

Using company and market data to influence and drive decisions

Working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and high-growth environment
