How We Feel (HWF) is a journal for your emotional wellbeing. It was recently named one of Apple’s 2022 Apps of the Year for Cultural Impact. HWF is also a non-profit created by Ben Silbermann, co-founder of Pinterest in partnership with Dr. Marc Brackett (Director of Yale’s Center for Emotional Intelligence).
The mission of HWF is to enable anyone to learn the skills of emotional intelligence. With HWF, you can track your emotions, identify patterns, and learn research-backed strategies. By prompting users to tap into their emotional wellbeing with the ease of daily check-ins, How We Feel helps users put difficult emotions into words and presents strategies to address these emotions in the moment. HWF has more than 100,000 monthly active users and a 4.9 rating with nearly 2000 reviews in the App Store.
