Role Summary

The Talent Operating Team is focused on delivering best-in-class talent and people programs to our Portfolio companies and Insight Partners. As the VP of Talent Strategy and Programs, you will be responsible for developing an aligned approach to how our talent strategy and programs go to market. You will define & lead a range of strategic products/programs critical to the ongoing development of our talent function and identify new talent sources that enhance our Portfolio companies’ ability to hire the best, influencing future hiring strategies with data and analytics. This individual will lead the Talent Programs team and report directly to the Talent Operating Partner.

You will:

Oversee the development and execution of talent solutions to support DE&I, hiring at scale, and other innovative programs that accelerate our Portfolio companies’ ability to acquire talent

Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, and lead & promote the use of new talent sources, approaches, and technologies

Lead and develop a team of talent program managers capable of driving strategies for how we acquire talent and leverage external research and intelligence on top talent in and out of the market

You are:

You have experience in:

Building and evolving a product within a Talent function - from defining the strategy to launching, iterating, and scaling

Leading and owning the product roadmap 

Developing innovative programs with technology

Using market trends to continuously improve programs and approaches

Building, growing, and developing teams with a focus on acting with urgency and delivering against strategic imperatives
