Role Summary

As the Director of Recruiting Operations at Marqeta, you will operationalize our talent strategy with key initiatives to build the foundation for continued hyper-growth. This role will lead the strategy and execution around recruiting data/analytics/reporting, systems, processes, and coordination for all of talent acquisition while partnering with senior leadership within the organization. In this role, you’ll report to our Chief Talent Officer and have the opportunity to own and refine the recruiting operations responsible for fostering future talent at Marqeta.

You will:

Partner with Recruiting, People, & Executive leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy for the recruiting operations function at a global scale

Determine team and resource requirements to support the strategy and build out the recruiting operations team, as appropriate

Drive reporting & metrics cadence to ensure visibility into progress to goal, delivery against SLAs, resource performance and other recruiting metrics to enable recruiting leaders and the business to make data driven decisions

Own the business requirements for our ATS (Greenhouse) & adjacent recruiting-focused systems to ensure adoption of all relevant functionality, training & communication

You have experience in:

Scaling recruiting processes and workflows in a high growth, global organization

Drawing insights from data to measure and improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes, programs, and technology investments 

Utilizing Greenhouse as an ATS for at least 2 years

Building and delivering recruiting related dashboards

Working within recruiting organization and working within the operations side

Owning all recruiting vendor relationships and contract management.
