As our Lead Recruiter, you will establish a recruiting ecosystem that is specific to Ophelia. Effectively communicate the Ophelia brand in the market. Help us tell our story - to the right audience
Build the infrastructure - design, develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is as innovative and impactful as our mission
Build for inclusivity by creating a recruiting foundation that prioritizes representation, inclusion and equity in the fiber of how we recruit
Innovate a top of funnel strategy to attract incredible top talent, inclusive of all channels (branding, agency, referrals, etc.)
Startup savvy and can navigate ambiguity, take action and have fun
A hands on leader with the ability to make a critical hire, build a team, and set a strategic vision
Mission oriented and are ready to help us combat the opioid crisis
A systems optimizer who will improve processes and demonstrate innovative solutions
An outstanding communicator, both verbal and written - with a flare for candidate email engagement
You have experience in:
4+ years recruiting experience, including 2 years at a high growth start-up
Building or helped build a recruiting strategy along with all aspects of talent acquisition and culture at scale
Taking initiative and establishing and nurturing relationships (across executives, candidates and your own team)
Recruiting tools and techniques, we use Lever, LI Recruiter and Gem.
Being a hands on recruiter - you have direct experience hiring top talent (within the clinicians space for extra credit)
