Now we're building a recruiting team that shares this same mentality. As our Head of Recruiting, you will ensure that Plaid brings in world-class talent to enable consumers to live a better financial life. This is an incredible opportunity to drive and innovate the recruiting function at our next stage of growth and scale. This position will report directly to Plaid’s Head of Talent.
Work with a highly engaged executive and management team, to evolve an already strong culture of recruiting.
Partner closely with the business to develop recruiting strategies that support Plaid’s continued success and growth.
Lead, inspire, grow and develop the global recruiting team to effectively scale the company through its next stage of growth.
Continually optimize and provide strategic management through metrics-driven insights, organizational design, and process improvements.
Define the vision and long-term strategy across business, tech, programs and executive recruiting teams while measuring and supporting progress on the current near-term goals.
Shape and deliver a consistently world-class candidate experience that is reflective of Plaid’s culture and values.
A strong people manager and inspirational leader - capable of leading teams through ambiguity and changes in scale.

You have experience in:
Executing recruiting plans in a fast-growth environment and have hit ambitious organization hiring targets (ie. doubled the size of a company or vertical in a short period of time)
Developing strategy across functions, from University Relations to Executive hiring; overseeing building recruiting operations and enablement programs.
Directly leading recruiting orgs including managing Senior Managers and above.
Operational excellence - functional leadership experience achieving results by applying operational rigor and always looking to improve the function and productivity.
