Role Summary

The People and Talent team is looking for a Head of Recruiting to drive the company through our next stage of high growth. This is an incredible opportunity to lead recruiting globally for Rebellion, while guiding the company through scale as the company doubles in size by EY22. You will set the longterm hiring vision with leaders, focus on hiring excellence across our teams, and be part of building products that help defend human rights and democracy. We are open to a remote leader based anywhere in the greater US (Washington, DC area or Seattle a plus!)

You will:

Build trust and partnerships with hiring managers, direct reports, and members of the Leadership Team

Strengthen enablement programs: focus on leveling up the internship, veterans, and university recruiting programs

Create the initiative to further diversify the workforce at Rebellion (your team will build out theDEI program and execute upon it)

Manage and grow a high performing global recruiting team

Shape the talent brand so it continues to grow as a magnet for attracting the best of the best in the tech world (who are also awesome humans).

You have experience in:

Deep technical recruiting: bonus points for hiring experience with SaaS companies and/or niche tech roles (ML/AI/Computer Vision)

Scaling a company or department: specifically with a growth curve from early to mid size (ie 200 → 500+)

Managing teams of recruiters (bonus for managing recruiting leads/managers)

Developing and influencing recruiting methodologies to meet growing needs of the business (capacity planning; role forecasting, interviewer training, etc.)

Executing diversity recruiting programs and strategy successfully
