Role Summary

As our Head of Talent you will be responsible for leading and continuing to build our recruiting team (5 and growing). You will be an integral part of our organization as you partner directly with the CEO and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and build the recruiting foundation to find and attract the best talent. This position will report directly to Zip’s CEO. 

You will:

Develop a creative strategy to provide optimized and scalable solutions (proactivity vs reactivity)

Build a powerful team by investing in the development of current members and attracting new superstars to our team 

Create and launch Zip’s talent brand in the market to engage and activate the talent that will further accelerate our business 

Identify and implement metrics that matter; using data to deliver insights and recommendations influencing how we recruit

You are:

A player coach - a strong manager who can roll up their sleeves to dig into details and inspire a team

A leader with strong closing acumen, you’ve successfully engaged top talent from well-known companies

You have experience in:

Building and scaling early stage companies (has seen growth from 80 → 400 employees)

Hands on technical recruiting or directly led teams that have

Creating a world class talent brand in a high talent bar environment

Strategic sourcing and top of funnel activation techniques

Setting up systems that scale for both quality and velocity
