Executive Search Associate

We're looking for an Associate to join our team and support Executive Search projects for People & Talent leaders at high-growth, venture-backed tech companies. In this role, you’ll be a key player in candidate and market research, supporting candidate development and collaborating with the broader team to lay the groundwork for successful searches. Curiosity, thoughtfulness, and analytical thinking are key – you should be someone who can spot trends, uncover where great talent might be sitting, and bring a point of view to the table.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with exec search leads to help shape search strategy: create target company lists, build talent market maps of potential candidates & share insights that help guide direction
  • Research and track industry trends, executive moves, and company developments
  • Turn research into clear, actionable insights for the team and our clients
  • Prepare research briefs and candidate materials for client meetings when necessary
  • Keep our ATS/CRM organized and up to date
  • Identify executive-level candidates using LinkedIn, research tools, and our internal database (Gem)

  • A strong sense of curiosity and an ability to ask questions thoughtfully and thoroughly
