Company Background
As work changes faster than ever before, TechWolf’s purpose is to make people flourish at work (both internally and externally). TechWolf, founded in 2018, aims to transform the workplace by promoting a skills-based approach to talent management. The company’s mission is to provide skills intelligence to 100 enterprises by 2025, making work better and fairer for millions. Its AI-powered software helps businesses accurately assess employee skills, allowing for better workforce management and career development opportunities.
TechWolf’s platform offers an objective, data-driven, and continuous view of employee skills, moving beyond traditional self-reported methods. It has attracted prominent clients like Booking.com, HSBC, Workday, IQVIA, and United Airlines and has been recognized by the World Economic Forum. Backed by strong investors, including $10M in Series A funding in 2022 led by Stride.VC and $42M in Series B funding in 2024 led by Felix Capital with the participation of 20VC and strategic investors such as Workday Ventures, SAP, and ServiceNow Ventures, TechWolf is rapidly expanding, aiming to reach 10-12 million EUR in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by the end of 2024. To sustain this growth, the company is transitioning from founder-led to leadership-led, seeking strong leadership, particularly in talent management and building out its US team.
