Ashling joins GBD as our Executive Search Assistant, a driving force behind GBD Talent. Her path into recruiting wasn't traditional, but it was meant to be. Starting as a project coordinator in commercial property management, her real estate license and her love for interactive work eventually led her to the world of talent acquisition. Her favorite part of recruiting is curating a candidate experience that allows each person to shine.
Ashling’s exceptional communication skills, combined with her meticulous attention to detail and ability to create efficient processes, make her an invaluable asset to the GBD team.
Ashling holds her B.A in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Outside of work, you’ll find her tending to her garden and chickens, planning events for her friends and cooking up delicious farm to table meals!
