Role Summary

As our first Head of Talent, you will be responsible for leading and continuing to build our recruiting team (3 and growing). You will be an integral part of our organization as you partner directly with the Co-founder and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and build the recruiting foundation to find and attract the best talent.

You will:

Develop a systematic and sustainable strategy to hire top talent for general and specialized roles

Identify and implement metrics that matter; use data to deliver talent insights and recommendations

Be a strategic thought partner to the executive team and influence how we recruit

Create the initiatives and programs to further Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Adept

You are:

Data driven and analytical, you use company and market data to influence strategy and drive decisions

Passionate about speciality hiring, specifically ML roles 

A clear, crisp communicator focused on the right metrics and outcomes

A first principles thinker who breaks down complex problems into clear, actionable strategies

A thought partner who builds credibility and trust with technical leaders

You have experience in:

Building and growing a talent team and strategy for a start-up at the next level of growth 

Creating data driven Talent strategies, solutions, and programs 

Influencing and building relationships with leaders and organizations through leveraging data

A high talent bar environment within a technical organization
