Lisa Davie

Lisa connects strategy with people — understanding business implications and developing optimal solutions to people strategies. She is also a passionate advocate for equitable career opportunities for underrepresented groups. Lisa brings twenty years of experience building and leading teams for organizations such as Airbnb, Salesforce, and Russell Reynolds. She’s also advised and led searches for a number of VC backed startups. As a Managing Partner of GBD’s leadership search business, Lisa is expanding our retained search, market mapping and related services beyond People and into Product Leadership.

Lisa holds a BS in economics from New York University and a MBA from Stanford University. She thrives when she is spending time outside with her family and dog. Depending on the season, you will find her hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or horseback riding.
